1 cup (240ml) buttermilk (kalo takde jual beli susu segar buh dlm 1 cup then + perahan lemon 1 sudu besar, kmdn biarkan dlm 5 ke 10 min. Jdlah buttermilk)<br />
2 sudu teh pewarna merah<br />
1 sudu teh cuka makan<br />
1 sudu teh baking soda<br />

Preheat oven 175 c<br />

- adun tepung kek bluekey + serbuk koko dlm satu bekas sekaligus tanpa letak air ke ape yer<br />

- dlm cawan buttermilk pula + pewarna merah<br />
<br />
- dlm bekas mixer : mix UNSALTED BUTTER sampai kembang n creamy. Kemudian + GULA n pukul lagi sampai kembang n sebati. Masukkan ESEN VANILLA n mix. Kemudian masukkan TELUR n mix sampai sebati.<br />

- kemudian masukkan adunan tepung dan serbuk koko secara berselang seli dgn buttermilk. Cth satu sudip tepung satu sudip buttermilk kmdn satu sudip tepung satu sudip buttermilk sampai habis.<br />

- bila da sebati mix dlm bekas kecik lain campurkan 1 baking soda + 1 the cuka kaco sampai bubbles. Kemudian terus masukkan ke dlm adunan dlm mix td. Mix sebati sekali dua terus tuang dlm loyang. Bake dlm 25 - 30min yer.<br />

<li>Tumis bahan2 yg ditumbuk (cili padi, cili merah, bawang merah & putih) tadi dgn sedikit minyak masak sehingga naik bau. </li>
<li>Masukkan sardin dan sedikit air asam jawa bagi menghilangkan hanyir ikan.</li>
<li>Hancur2kan ikan sardin tersebut. </li>
<li>Kemudian masukkan tomato segar yg telah dipotong2 kecil. Biarkan tomato empuk sepenuhnya dlm kuah sardin tersebut. </li>
<li>Akhir sekali garam secukup rasa.</li>
<li>Hidangkan mcm spaghetti lain juga. </li>
